Participants who do not want their contact details shared with other participants in the same training should inform the training administration.

In exceptional cases, Stichting IFS Nederland reserves the right to convert an in-person training to an online format. If this change occurs more than eight weeks before the start of the training, participants who withdraw will receive a full refund of the participation fee. If the change occurs within eight weeks of the start or during the training, no full refund will be provided. In that case, participants will receive a pro rata refund of 10%.
7. Special needs
Participants with specific accessibility or support needs are asked to contact Stichting IFS Nederland as early as possible, so that suitable arrangements can be made.
